Wide receiver and returner Tyler Lockett of the Seattle Seahawks knows the importance of quick footwork on the football field is. Tyler demonstrates the figure-8 agility drill, which helps boost explosiveness when getting out of routes.


To begin, set two cones that are two yards apart. As you run a figure-8 around the two cones be sure to stay low to the ground and keep your arms close to your sides.


Finish strong and explode out of the break.
