I bought these gloves in an attempt to manage arthritis pain in my hands. They provide moderate compression and a good grip on the palms and fingers. I wear them daily, and sometimes to bed. They do seem to help.

I was skeptical about these gloves and how they would ease arthritis symptoms. It's quite shocking how light compression makes a difference for your pain. The relief is immediate once you put them on. I add pain cream underneath the gloves and can last much longer throughout the day.
