I walk for miles in these boots for my job across all diff terrain types around the southeastern U. S. my first pair lasted me over 2 years before the inner heal wore out. They are so comfortable for me I wear them on every job, even sites where steel toes are n't required. My second pair started leaking at the seam after about 6 months and Muck handled the situation very professionally. Most everyone at my job uses Muck. They are high quality and comfort. [ The boot is very nicely made and feels great. The steel toe caused a lot of rigidity on the boot which caused more heel sleep than I liked. I went ahead and got a version without the steel toe. I would recommend it if you need a steel toe but it just was n't for me even if it was a great product.

I got these to replace my other pair of sheepskin boots. I got my correct size and due to the fur pile, they are snug... AS THEY SHOULD BE! I know over time they will compress and conform to my foot.
