Have always loved Sorel boots and needed a new boot with good traction because my arches have fallen and feet have spread. Over the years the boots have gone from being roomy in the toe area to more narrow and fashion oriented. I was afraid this boot wouldn ’ t be wide enough in the toe box to accommodate my bad bunions. This boot worked well with a little bit of stretching in the forefoot. It looks like it might be heavy to walk in but I didn ’ t find that at all. I have never, in my adult life, worn anything smaller than a 10 in any shoe( boot, sneaker, sandal, heel) but the size 10 in these was considerably larger than I could wear! I have flat arches and over pronating hind feet so I was thrilled my orthotics fit in place of the company made insoles. There is arch support in the Tivoli Resort that is comparable to that in Tivoli. The higher platform and deep tread is ideal for the snowy slushy winter terrain. The insulation works perfectly even in below 10 degree weather with windy conditions. The higher top and faux help keep the ankle to calf part of lower leg protected and warm. I ’ m even comfortable in them for an 8- hour shift in retail involving going up and down ladders. Highly recommend for women with C width feet( wider than typical but not quite wide.). Super happy I purchased these winter boots. We do n't get snow often but when we do the city is horrible at managing it and these boots are a game changer. Pulling my kiddo up hills in the forest to go sledding, they managed the terrain. They kepts my feet dry, warm and super cozy. For reference, my foot length is 25 cm and width 10 cm, and the size I tried on was EU 39( just because the retailer sent me a wrong size; I initially ordered EU 40). The size fit me but was really snug. I then tried these same shoes in a store and found out my perfect size was EU 40, 5 if I wantes to fit a thicker sock. Cute and really warm. These are super cute and are holding up really well. Bought them for a trip to NYC it was feels like single digits all week and my feet were never cold. The dont show any wear thus far. They are really hard to get tied tightly. This causes a bit of heel slip when walking long distances.

Exactly what I was looking for! I really wanted a slip on boot for running to the gym, etc. I wanted them to be waterproof so they would last longer than a season and I was so thrilled when I saw these. They are a little stiffer to get on, but they come off very easy. I am so excited about them. I usually wear an 8. 5 in the regular boots, and a 9 in any of the snowboot type shoes Sorel makes. The 9 fit great.

I like these boots- they do what I wanted which is to cover my ankles and be easy on and off- hands free or nearly so. the ball of the foot is a bit narrow so that's the one star shy of 5 stars for these boots. I actually do n't own these shoes, but I tried them on in an 8 at the store( I wear 8. 5 but they only had whole sizes) and wanted to say that they are pretty narrow and snug. If I had bought them instead of choosing the Explorer III, I 'd have bought a size 9- 9. 5 just for normal socks. I just wanted to let everyone know they should probably size up, maybe even two sizes! Very cute boots.

[ Had our first large snowfall in Minnesota yesterday! My 8 year old wore these to school and then outside most of the afternoon. They kept her feet warm and dry in Sorel Style! She loves how they look and how comfortable they are. We purchased in her normal size, 3. They have room enough for her to grow a bit, but are not too big. They are easy for her to slip on and tighten easily with the pull string.

[ Bought for my daughter( age 8) and when she saw them she loved the look of them. I love the warmth and durability of Sorel boots but hey I 'll take what I can get. As for how they run I 'd go up one, she wears a 13 in sneakers( new balance) and we got the Y1 in these and they fit with room for nice thick socks. She says they felt very comfy, too. They 're a bit heavy but what sturdy boot is n't? Added bonus is that they look like my Sorel boots and we can match:)

I was very satisfied with its performance. I used it in Norway, and it was completely waterproof. However, since there is a small gap at the top, I ’ d recommend wearing waterproof trousers over it to prevent water from getting in. Also, I suggest ordering one size up. I went half a size up, which was fine, but it felt a bit tight with thick winter socks. That said, the boots are already very warm on their own. I only needed extra layers because I was in- 6°C weather.

I have these in tan and black, my absolute go- to winter boot. I do not wear socks, I just step in and go, leaving the laces loose. They fit perfectly with skinny jeans, rolled up flannel lined jeans, my athleta jeggings, and there is no more comfortable boot I 've ever owned, and that list includes the Ugg Adirondack III. I do n't go trapsing through my wet backyard or deep snow in these, though I have shoveled my walkway in them( I live an hour north of NYC), but for fall or winter lunch dates, absolutely. Errands, always, and I throw them in the back of my car when I play tennis and slip into them after. I wear these around the house when it's cold like they 're slippers. They are not very structured, and do not have a ton of arch support, but they are cushiony and for me, with the dreaded bunions, no pressure points, no tightness, no stiffness, just total comfort. Where I live( Washington DC) we do n't get crazy amounts of snow, but we will have the occasional winter storm and get 6- 10 inches or so. I needed a boot to keep my feet warm and dry when I walk my dog, run errands, etc. But I did n't need super heavy duty boot to shovel snow in. I chose this because I liked that the shaft was n't too high, so I could still wear it with most of my pants. We just had a winter storm. The snow was deep enough that it covered my entire boot and yet they kept my feet SUPER warm and I did n't feel slippery when walking on ice. The waterproof material kept my feet dry, and they are also SUPER CUTE! I am a true 7. 5( according to the size chart; my feet are 24 cm), but I still ordered a size 8 based on reviews saying it ran small, and I think I made the right decision. I think if I ordered my exact size I would n't have room to wear thick socks.

I bought my first black and white Kinetic boot several years ago, and they have been my go- to boot for snow and cold weather. This newer model has a wider footbed- which is great for more stability, and an improved sole which is a great redesign as well. My old ones are still going strong, but when this newer model went on sale I could n't resist. I usually order my regular size 7 in Sorel boots, but, as per a previous review, I ordered a half size up to be able to wear thicker socks. These fit great and feel fantastic!

Bought these boots a month ago and just returned from a week in Paris and wore these everyday, all day. Average miles walked: 8. Very comfortable and warm. I have sensitive feet and was surprised the arch was supportive enough and that the heel area was narrow enough to keep heel in place. I brought my hiking shoes to wear and after three hours I took them off( heel and top of foot were hurting) and put on these boots. Enough structure to hold foot in place.

I have relatively wide feet and after reading the reviews, I decided to size up. To be precise, I measure 23cm so technically a 6, and after going up a whole size, I found that they ’ ll be okay to wear with thinner socks( especially once I break them in). If you want to wear chunky socks, I ’ d probably go even bigger.

I got these boots for a trip to Iceland and ordered a half a size up from my normal 8. 5. They were really, really narrow. I then ordered the size up but those were too big and I sent them back. I stuck it out and after a week these boots fit perfectly to my foot and I wear them every day. I ’ m now looking for some Spring/ Summer Sorels I ’ ll be able to wear every day.
