My husband put it together under two hours Its amazing quite. and the best part is you do not have to buy the iFIT program to run it. You can run it on just turning it on and speed up an incline up and down of course if you do want the iFIT program that requires a membership, but I did not find that necessary. I have had the Asuna 8730G treadmill for a little over a year now. It is working perfectly and has been a very good purchase. Between my wife and I, we walk over 3. 5 miles on it every day! Great compact treadmill! I personally do n't like treadmills with consoles, I do n't like to have something so close to my face while walking/running and I tend to focus too much on the numbers. Our main reason for getting this is the extensive handle/grab bars strategically located in front and to the sides. I 've had this for a week and have logged 20 miles on it and it's smooth and quiet. I was kind of nervous as I purchased it online without doing a test run on but the customer service person that I spoke with told me that Dicks has a very good return policy so if I got it home and I did n't like it that I could return it without any issues.
