I really like this little machine. It functions as advertised. I use it almost daily. I like that it automatically shuts off if you step off the pad that way I don ’ t have to worry about my pets( or kids for those that have them) getting accidentally tangled up in it. It ’s nice that it folds up, as well. The only cons is that it is bulky to move when folded. Although the wheels do help, it would be nice if it hand a handle. Despite loving the fact that it folds, I ’ m a little frustrated that it does not fit under any furniture( like sofa or bed) when folded as it is about 6 inches in height.

Needed a treadmill that would go very slowly, as I am recovering from a stroke( at age 60!!). The handrails add a great sense of security, it moves very slowly, but can be increased when you are ready. We paid the extra `` white glove '' service where it was assembled in our house.( there were many parts, some electrical connections) so I would suggest this. The Body Solid fits this machine. I have had my Pacer Treadpad for about a month and have not been able to use it much. Received with a faulty motor. Support was easy to access and very helpful in testing to determine the issue. New motor shipped and instruction on replacement was provided. Motor replacement was not difficult, walking pad alignment was tedious, but my support agent was very helpful and responsive to my emails and provided additional suggestions. All in all, I am happy, not just with the treadpad, but with Sunny support. If it were n't for support, this would be a 1 star review. As it stands, it gets 4 stars instead of 5 because I am still having to tweak the walking pad to be able to use it on a consistent basis. Set up was easy. It is quiet and smooth( with the new motor). The modes and programs are easy to adjust and the controls located on both the hand rests and the large display. It is not too heavy to move around and I do like the auto incline feature. I 've had this for a week and have logged 20 miles on it and it's smooth and quiet. I was kind of nervous as I purchased it online without doing a test run on but the customer service person that I spoke with told me that Dicks has a very good return policy so if I got it home and I did n't like it that I could return it without any issues. Very easy to set up in less than 20 mins as you only have to screw in the two side pieces, crossbar, and the top console fits right into place. The Trekpad is very simple to use and completely avoids gym membership which is challenging during winter in Maine. I like the readouts which provide a variety of information throughout the workout. I broke one minor piece getting the treadmill out of the box, so I will be calling Sunny H& F to see if they can send me another arm rest. For someone who is not mechanical and has a ways to go fitness- wise, this is an excellent, cost- effective purchase. It's compact enough to move around if you need to. Definitely a 5 Star purchase for my purposes.

It's exactly what we wanted and need. It takes up very little room. It's simple and has the features we wanted. When we ca n't walk outdoors, we can walk indoors. We are seniors and did n't need all the extra stuff that comes with the larger expensive treadmills. And because it's not huge and heavy, we 're not stuck having to keep it in just one room/place. We can move it if we need to. This is perfect.

I 'm happy to say it's completely changed my daily routine. I 've been wanting to get more steps in, but it's hard to motive myself to get outside with work being busy, now I can just hop on my treadmill. I have had the Asuna 8730G treadmill for a little over a year now. It is working perfectly and has been a very good purchase. Between my wife and I, we walk over 3. 5 miles on it every day! I walk at 3. 7 to 4 MPH and my wife walks 3. 2MPH. All we have to do is lubricate the bed periodically. The compact size of this is very nice in smaller rooms. Love it.

Great compact treadmill! I personally do n't like treadmills with consoles, I do n't like to have something so close to my face while walking/running and I tend to focus too much on the numbers. I like having open air in front of me and I can watch tv from far away if I want to. It fits well in my low ceiling( 6'5__quote__) basement and I 'm short( 5'3__quote__). Not too loud and buttons are straightforward. So far so good!

Excellent product! Very solid walking on this walking pad and I can even jog if I ’ d like. It feels very stable and doesn ’ t move at all. I do have the walking pad mat under it since it ’s in my office on tile. I use this at work at a slow pace, after dinner for movement, and while reading. I have been using a stand up desk for 10 years so I am already use to standing all day and this added walk has been excellent for me. I tend to tighten up at work and it causes neck and back tightness and I ’ ve noticed since now that I ’ m walking I ’ m not as tense and tight I ’ m extremely happy with the quality of this walking pad and after a few weeks of reviews glad I chose this one. I also have to say I didn ’ t think I ’ d like the fold option and was somewhat hesitant however I ’ m happy I can fold it at night and if I do need to sit at my desk I can fold it and it ’s out of my way. Very happy with the fit and finish of this product.

I really like Stamina products, which I 've bought in the past. However, was disappointed to see that unlike some other brands, the InMotion( which appears sturdier and more elegant than others) ca n't relatively easily be modified for the backwards walking advocated by Ben Patrick. A YouTube video( Stop Knee Pain with this Backward Treadmill Hack) illustrates how to modify.

To start off, make sure you gently and slowly drag your feet downwards. If you do it a little faster, you can sprain your ankle, like my brother did. O really, it works and very efficient and I got it for free, basically.

It simply takes some getting used to, especially if you are used to a motorized treadmill. I will say this treadmill gives me a run for my money. Whew... it definitely is a good workout. It's sturdy and looks great. It did n't take long to assemble... pretty simple and to the point. Make sure to follow the instructions( assembly and adjustments). You will definitely need the silicone lube... no doubt it will make for an easier workout. No complaints here... it will do until I can afford a motorized treadmill which is my goal eventually. Love it!

This went together easily. I am a 70 yo couch potato, so had to work up to time slowly. Incline was too high to start so propped end up 3 '' on boards. It rolls so easily I have to hang on tight to handle bars, so arms get workout too. I have small solar system so this manual treadmill works great for me.

I ’ m an avid runner and recently moved to place with a low ceiling room. I specifically bought this model for its shorter deck( about 3 ”) and due to my height( 6 ’) and and ceiling height( 7 ’) This treadmill has worked out perfectly for days I don ’ t want to run outside and still let ’s me move at a pace that works for me. The max is about 9mph. I highly recommend for anyone a little taller that needs to save overhead space
