My husband put it together under two hours Its amazing quite. and the best part is you do not have to buy the iFIT program to run it. You can run it on just turning it on and speed up an incline up and down of course if you do want the iFIT program that requires a membership, but I did not find that necessary. It was very enjoyable on this treadmill.

This walking pad is easy to use and store. For reference I ’ m 6 ’ 2 and it ’s long/wide enough for me. It ’s sturdy too, the walking pad has some weight to it. The only negative is I wish the 2 wheels on the bottom were bigger. It ’s easy to roll on hard surfaces but can be difficult with carpet.

I really like this treadmill. It has a great feel when running on it. Smooth- and comfortable. My knees feel good on it., in the past treadmills were not comfortable to run on. This feels great! I like the quick touch speed/incline buttons. Great bonus it has a phone charger area in it. And the screen is nice too- being able to put in Netflix or mirror your phone is a great feature- nothing I was looking for but it is nice to have. The treadmill is roomy, you don ’ t feel crowded. I would highly recommend. I run mostly outside, but this is great when weather does not permit.

I have been using this for a couple of weeks now and here are my observations: 1. Assembly was simple but is much easier with 2 people 2. The built- in programs are great, no subscriptions required 3. Couple of squeaks in the beginning but they have gone away 4. The software takes a bit of getting used to, I have had to pair my headphones at every use and it is hard to move between the media and workout menus. Once you start netflix for example you cant get back to the workout menu without losing everything in the media screen. Also there are minimal instructions on the use of the software. 5. The large touch screen is great, opt for the F85 if you can swing the extra cost, its worth it and the speakers have been adequate when used 6. As noted in other reviews the fan is marginally useful 7. Overall I feel that this unit was worth the cost especially since no subscriptions are required to be able to use apps and built in programs

I bought this a little over a month ago. Was fairly easy to set up. The deck has some cushion, thus for someone that runs outside its taking some getting used to. I 've tried an elevation of 1 and now trying 1. 5 as my knees have started to hurt. Feel this is due my body not being used to running on a tredmill. Its certaily helped as the winter has been brutally cold. Purchased due to motor size and speed that it can push for sprint work. Screen is very nice. Did have 1x where it did not load properly, but may have been due to my internet signal. Wish it had a way to mount a ipad to watch HBO Max. Having Netflix, Spotify, and Amazon Prime Video is a plus. HBO Max would make it perfect.

Received my new recumbent cross trainer( SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly is n't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Do n't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. I 'm an 81 year old man who has been working out his whole life and am not easily impressed.

The dashboard is n't complicated at all which honestly makes it easier for me to workout. I love that I can connect my phone directly to the machine and listen to my music that way instead of worrying if my headphones are charged. The fan is a really nice feature as well! I really like this little machine. It functions as advertised. I use it almost daily. I like that it automatically shuts off if you step off the pad that way I don ’ t have to worry about my pets( or kids for those that have them) getting accidentally tangled up in it. It ’s nice that it folds up, as well. The only cons is that it is bulky to move when folded. Although the wheels do help, it would be nice if it hand a handle. Despite loving the fact that it folds, I ’ m a little frustrated that it does not fit under any furniture( like sofa or bed) when folded as it is about 6 inches in height.

I have had my Pacer Treadpad for about a month and have not been able to use it much. Received with a faulty motor. Support was easy to access and very helpful in testing to determine the issue. New motor shipped and instruction on replacement was provided. Motor replacement was not difficult, walking pad alignment was tedious, but my support agent was very helpful and responsive to my emails and provided additional suggestions. All in all, I am happy, not just with the treadpad, but with Sunny support. If it were n't for support, this would be a 1 star review. After three weeks, I 'm very pleased with this treadmill. I chose the SOLE F89 over others because I perceived SOLE to be a more open ecosystem by allowing streaming services to be natively available. It's not perfect as there are other apps I would like to add, but I am able to cast these from my mobile device as a work around. Hopefully this may open up to additional streaming apps or option to install from the store. I chose basic delivery and had a very smooth experience. Assembly was fairly easy. The box is HUGE, and I needed a helper to hold parts in place during assembly. My setup is on the ground level with tile floors. Once assembled, moving the F89 is easy-- also something I believe is a big plus for SOLE. I use the integrated fitness tracker, and it picks up my heartrate from the watch. This was important to me as I transitioned from another brand just to see my heartrate for the F89. The display is great. Sound is poor. Bluetooth is sketchy and does n't reconnect drops. It appears this was a problem with my first attempt headset/earbuds disconnecting and the treadmill not reconnecting. I swapped out the earbuds with a different set and it is much more stable. Build quality seems excellent. The belt and incline motors are very quiet. No creaks, squeaks, or strange noises. I 'm happy with the responsiveness of the speed and incline adjustments. The paddle controls are very nice.

I got this bike as I am temporarily unable to run due to a neck injury. It was pretty simple to assemble( although some of the instructions were a little hard to decipher). All parts were in the box along with some tools to put it together if you do n't already have your own tools. SO far, I have used it daily and I find the motion is very quiet and smooth. I like the simplicity of the display and, for anyone wondering, you can reset each workout `` session '' by holding down the button and your session distance and time will reset. The bike does have an odometer so it will continue to track your entire distance overall, which I like. There is also a nice feature that the screen will toggle through all the items on the screen if you choose the `` scan '' option on the screen. Or you can just have it set to stay on distance or time so that is a nice feature to have a little flexibility. I also really like the back of the seat since, as mentioned above, I 'm dealing with a neck injury so I can sit back and not worry about needing extra support. The side handles are very nice too for when I sit back and peddle. An excellent bike for anyone looking for something without any extra bells and whistles that does what it should do at a very reasonable price.

[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

It's exactly what we wanted and need. It takes up very little room. It's simple and has the features we wanted. When we ca n't walk outdoors, we can walk indoors. We are seniors and did n't need all the extra stuff that comes with the larger expensive treadmills. And because it's not huge and heavy, we 're not stuck having to keep it in just one room/place. We can move it if we need to. This is perfect.

I 'm happy to say it's completely changed my daily routine. I have had the Asuna 8730G treadmill for a little over a year now. It is working perfectly and has been a very good purchase. Between my wife and I, we walk over 3. 5 miles on it every day! I walk at 3. 7 to 4 MPH and my wife walks 3. 2MPH. All we have to do is lubricate the bed periodically. The compact size of this is very nice in smaller rooms. Love it.

Great compact treadmill! I personally do n't like treadmills with consoles, I do n't like to have something so close to my face while walking/running and I tend to focus too much on the numbers. I like having open air in front of me and I can watch tv from far away if I want to. It fits well in my low ceiling( 6'5__quote__) basement and I 'm short( 5'3__quote__). Not too loud and buttons are straightforward. So far so good!

I love this compact treadmill so far. Excellent for a small space and quiet, too. I live in an apartment so the quiet factor is important. I really like Stamina products, which I 've bought in the past. However, was disappointed to see that unlike some other brands, the InMotion( which appears sturdier and more elegant than others) ca n't relatively easily be modified for the backwards walking advocated by Ben Patrick. A YouTube video( Stop Knee Pain with this Backward Treadmill Hack) illustrates how to modify.

To start off, make sure you gently and slowly drag your feet downwards. If you do it a little faster, you can sprain your ankle, like my brother did. O really, it works and very efficient and I got it for free, basically.

It simply takes some getting used to, especially if you are used to a motorized treadmill. I will say this treadmill gives me a run for my money. Whew... it definitely is a good workout. It's sturdy and looks great. It did n't take long to assemble... pretty simple and to the point. Make sure to follow the instructions( assembly and adjustments). You will definitely need the silicone lube... no doubt it will make for an easier workout. No complaints here... it will do until I can afford a motorized treadmill which is my goal eventually. Love it!

This went together easily. I am a 70 yo couch potato, so had to work up to time slowly. Incline was too high to start so propped end up 3 '' on boards. I ’ m an avid runner and recently moved to place with a low ceiling room. I specifically bought this model for its shorter deck( about 3 ”) and due to my height( 6 ’) and and ceiling height( 7 ’) This treadmill has worked out perfectly for days I don ’ t want to run outside and still let ’s me move at a pace that works for me.
