I'vw since our based the light, Medium and Heavy in pairs and found that they are an amazing add to my bar in my weight training. It's a good resistance band so far. I picked up the 75 lb green band and it's pretty thick. I primarily use it for pushup resistance and having a longer arm length, I found that it provided the resistance throughout my movement. Others with shorter arms would probably have to grip the band a bit closer but I do n't think it would be a deal- breaker. I wo n't have to worry about the band's durability for quite a while as I 'm not using it all the time.

I 'm not used to these bands, so it's still a bit scary stretching them out so much. Even though I have them secured in place. My only true issue, is that the carabiner on the band itself is kind of small. The strap that wraps around the carabiner is thick, and it's a bit annoying to attach the handles. But, that's typically normal with a lot of gym equipment, so whatever.

It fits in the door and the cables allow you to lean at 45 degree angle stretching your shoulder joints and isolating your spinal chord, site of bone spurs. My version allows converts the handles into barbell or stand on the handles and pump the barbell fed cables, twisting for more resistance. It also allows those of us who can not sleep to stretch any time of day or night. My Lifeline Gym is the finest addition to anybody's home with aging family members.

I ’ ve had the triple handles and bought an assortment of cables ranging from 10 to 50 pounds. This means( using either one, two, or 3 cables) that I can create most combinations of total weight between 10 and 150 lbs. I use standard dumbbells in addition to these but any time I travel these just come along in a small duffel bag. Weights stay in the basement and these frequently come to the living room for quiet/safe use- just anchored to a door. I would definitely buy again and lifeline ’s triple handles with their flexibility are far better than what I ’ ve found elsewhere with single handles.

These are a great substitute for cumbersome pulley machines for the home gym. You can increase resistance by approximate increments 10lb by adding the next tube size/color. Thicker ones are easy to place in the handles by securing the tube underneath your foot and stretching it out by pulling it up thinning it out enough to slide the handle into the slot.

I 've used a Lifeline TNT All- In- One Resistance Cable System for a number of years, and I 've always found it to be a very efficient and compact piece of equipment When I got the system originally, it came with 40 lb resistance cables, which worked fine for some exercises, but not so well for others. It never occurred to me until now to get an additional set of 30 lb cables. Between the 2 sets of cables, I now can do every exercise that I want to do and still have some room for growth. I have had these straps hanging outside in the Florida environment for about 13 years. Every day, all day. I just replaced them with new ones just because the handle rubber split. I dont know of anything that can withstand the Florida elements like that.

I have been using this equipment for over 12 years. I have put it to hard use both inside and out in nature, over tree limbs and pull up bars. It has held up remarkably well. It is also useful as isometric straps. I keep it in a bag in my car when I go on my month long road trips. Originally I owned the first version( which I still have and use) but this version is even better because the straps are wider, the handles allow for comfortable foot straps, which allows for some potent lower body exercises. The handles are thick and comfortable. The adjustments are quick and easy to make. One of my favorite strength and mobility tools.
