I did n't know they made a grey one!! Sweet I 'll be buying one soon. I love this product. I wear a petzl strato helmet for tree work, and a Stihl Advance for ground work. The strato is a buckled bike style safety helmet and Stihl is a hard hat type helmet. The `` ninja' mask as I call works with both helmets. I also wear it under my baseball hats. This is my favorite winter work accessory. It makes those freezing cold mornings not suck so much. One of the best features is that it quickly dries. I throw mine on my dash and after a ten minute trip to a different job site it's dry and ready to wear again.

This has been my go- to hat for years. I 've worn it so much that the color has faded. I really like how the skirt can be unbuttoned from the brim and let hang- it provides an additional ventilation option. I also like the draw cord- again it allows ventilation options. I got this hat because the brim is slightly smaller than my full on sun hat, so it ’s not as awkward to wear in the car or indoors, but still provides a good amount of sun protection. I got the goldenrod color, and it ’s a little darker in person, but still a cool color. It does seem to run a little small compared to my other hats of the same size, so if you ’ re in between sizes, probably best to size up. Oh, and the sunglasses holder is awesome! After having them in a couple of sun hats, I would never want to buy one without.

This is one of the warmest hats that I have worn. I do a lot of landscape and sports photography. That means standing outside in the elements for long periods of time just waiting. This hat looks good when the flaps are up and looks even better when the flaps are down. The added face guard is a life saver when the wind is really blowing. The fold- able brim is great, but I 'm not sure it's necessary. I did n't feel like I would ever just shove this into a pocket. It's a great hat and I 'm super happy I bought it.

I have 1 '' stretched ears and nothing keeps them warm. Beanies and headbands never cover my lobes so I 'm always forced to wear hoods, which can get annoying when combined with my long hair. This hat fixes all my problems. Wore it camping at 30° and got too hot while collecting firewood that I had to take it off. Once I sat down to relax, I put it on and it was perfect. And you take off in the wind like the flying nun. These visors are the perfect length for keeping the sun out of your eyes. Hat is very useful. I have used for desert hiking in Arizona/utah and while hiking the 500 mile Camino Frances across Spain in late summer heat. It provided needed shade and was very comfortable, in addition, I have received positive comments on appearance from passersby. I bought a second hat to avoid disappointment of unavailability in future years.

I obtained my hat in a bit different way, it washed up on our beach. Someone on a boat is missing it greatly. I had been wearing Tiiley hats but I like this one much better. The brim is stiffer which is a great benefit out sailing on breezy days. The adjustable band allows fitting the hat perfectly. The narrower venting along the top keeps it cool while keeping the sun out. And the material holds up very well.

Love this hat! It is comfortable, and the brim helps with the sunshine. When it is windy, the attachment under my chin keeps the hat from blowing off.
