I have used them for golf, outdoor exercise and just outdoor chores around the house. I have to start off and say I really appreciate the quality that goes into these bibs, there have been numerous improvements and upgrades to the older design. They have a relief cut into the pocket to hang a tape measure on either side. The front of the bib pockets are much more usable now, especially with the large zip pocket. Also the double cuff at the base of each leg is very nice. I 'm happy with my new overalls. Money well spent!

I thought, why not use a legging as my baselayer and then if I need to strip off, I am not hiking through bramble in my woolies? I was worried as there is no drawstring at the waist, I wondered if the weight of my phone in the side pocket would pull the pants down over time. The good news is that the pants stay up very well. They are very breathable and I consider they will make great warm weather bottoms. The ankle opening is quite narrow- put your socks on after! True to the sizing guide.

This jacket is more than I could have hoped for. I operate a snowplow at a ski resort at night during storms clearing parking lots. When I get out of the tractor into what is frequently a howling blizzard, this keeps me warm, sealed and protected. The hood and zipper come up to just the right place on my chin to be functional without hindering. And when it's wet snow or rain, it runs right off and I stay dry. Amazingly comfortable. There is nothing about this jacket that I do n't like. Bravo Carhartt!

Needs to be longer in back. Even all the way around like your non insulated rain defender zip up hoods. PLEASE! They ride up in the back and always pulling it down. Other than that it's great!!

I bought these pants right before a big snowstorm. I really enjoy wearing them when shoveling snow or doing yardwork when it ’s chilly outside it ’s very easy to layer with a pair of gym shorts or long johns underneath. I really enjoy this purchase.
