The fit is snug without being restrictive, and it gives great support to my upper body, especially the core and shoulders. It wicks sweat really well and stays light even during intense sessions. This OG shirt is made of a thicker material like some of the older products I have from years past. They feel way more substantial than the recent offerings and I feel that they provide more compression. The one downside is if you 're used to the breathability of the non- OG products, these can feel a bit restrictive and feel like they trap in more heat.
