These came just in time for me to shovel my driveway. I thought the elements were on the backs of the hands so was uneasy with gripping a snow shovel, but it must have been okay. I did n't think with the elements on the palms of the hands, that my hands would stay warm. But, when I got inside and took them off, my hands were warm. They are huge( I 'm sure intended for a man's hands), but I made it work. In the long run, I 'm very happy with them. I 'm a truck driver that pulls tankers and I have to unload the tanker myself so that means pulling hoses and standing outside with the truck trailer for 2 to 4 hours. These glove liners are the best. Keep my hands warm while clearing snow from my driveway. MN winters are cold and snowy. I use the medium setting with these liners inside my insulated winter gloves. No more cold fingers. The liners seam to run on the smaller side. If you are on the upper end of the size chart, go for the next size larger.

Glove liners worked great on there own no more cold fingers. If you go below zero may need gloves over them. I wore them in 30 degree weather walking for about an hour. I had them on medium. When I got home after an hour walking the battery was half gone. I have n't used them inside another glove.

The battery life last longer than I expected, my only thing is there seems to be a slight tightness in the knuckles but not too bad. I have the xl's. I 'd recommend this item to anyone. Green is warm enough for me. Red will cook your hands unless you 're up in the arctic circle. Keep the batteries charged and they 'll last forever.

This product deserves 5 stars due to its overall ability to provide heat for so long and how compact batteries are in the gloves. Now the only downside is that the batteries require 3- 7hrs of time to charge fully when depleted which means needing to charge them at night or you 'll be out of luck.

Utilized these gloves while on a hike in North Idaho. Temp ranged between 5- 15 degrees Fahrenheit in the middle of January. Fingers remained warm throughout the hike. Only down side is the battery life. I recommend ordering a second pair of batteries if you plan on being out for a prolonged time.

I 've always had issues with cold hands while skiing. My best pair are the 3 finger Hestra glove which until i bought these, were my go to warm gloves. Even with the Hestra gloves, my fingers would get cold below 15°. Recently we were planning a ski trip and the forcast temps were to be a high of 0° and i knew my other gloves would not be sufficient, so i decided to purchase the Action heat gloves. I was very happy, with the sub 0° temps, my hands stayed warm. With those temps, I did keep them on the high setting knowing that I had also purchased a 2nd set of batteries which I 'm glad i did. I also have a Action Heat vest that i bought a few years ago and its been great too.

I was n't sure what to expect, other than possibly a standard feel of a hoodie. But, when it was delivered, in a very timely fashion, I could n't believe the heft of the hoodie.
