I started working out again and my hip was killing me. I do have hip dysplasia and my trainer recommended me to use this before and after my workouts at the gym. I ’ ve had this for about a month and I love it! I travel a lot and used to carry a foam roller that took up so much space in my luggage. The pro- tec is about 5 ” diameter so it takes up very little room. It works great on the floor or against the wall( for more control of how much pressure you put on the ball). My only complaint is that I ’ ve noticed a slight flat spot on the ball after putting full weight on it from my back while on a hard wood floor. I only weigh 170 lbs.

We had the OG Theragun and it lasted well over 6 years. No issues with rechargeable battery. Unfortunately, I got one of the attachments stuck when I used superglue to fix one of the attachments and it stuck to the Theragun connector. The Theragun ProPlus is SO much quieter than the OG. I can barely hear it when I have our air purifier on for white noise. The digital display, the multiple speeds, the heat attachment, the vibrating attachment, the red light therapy, pulse reader, and being able to use the cold plus attachment makes this the# 1 Theragun device EVER!! [ This Calming Cozy is so nice to use after a busy day. The massaging heating wrap is easy to use with the controller. I unzip the cozy and place my feet and legs inside and rest my feet. I then zip up the cozy and plug in the controller. I set the heat and the level of vibration and just sit back and relax with a nice book. The vibration shuts off automatically after fifteen minutes and the heat shuts off automatically after two hours. The cozy is very comfortable with a nice warm sherpa lining that gives this heating wrap such a nice soft luxurious feel. I love that there are three heat settings and massage modes. My legs and feet just feel so relaxed and all my tight and tired muscles feel supple after using the calming cozy. I do n't typically write reviews but today I was feeling like paying it forward. This massage roller is the best out there, and I have tried so many types. I bought one for my son, my husband, my father... you name it. The grooves in the bar help penetrate deep into the muscle and bring blood flow to the area. The handles are superb. Works amazingly well! I have several Trigger Point products, however, this one rises above the rest! Due to its size and construction it quite effectively targets harder to access spots. In enables deep tissue rolling/self massage. The three modes are nice but I have found the first level of vibration to be strong enough in most circumstances. Directions are incorrect how they indicate if device is actively charging or fully charged. Directions state there is an orange LED by charging port. This is incorrect, there are 2 LED ’s only on opposite side by the on/off switch. The one furthest on right blinks blue to indicate charging, it becomes solid blue when fully charged. The 3 LED ’s also indicate what charge level has been set, 1, 2 or 3, although this is obvious. Minor issue for user confusion but would certainly not sway me from recommending this product.
