There are both pros and cons to this model- the PROS: 1) the material is SO comfortable and has the perfect blend of stretch and compression. 2) the fabric weight is ideal for spring running- it breaths but it also holds in heat so my legs felt great for the duration of each run 3) The pockets are positioned so I could be hands free and still keep my essentials( like phone and energy gel packs) accessible during the run. 4) the waistband is thick so there is not a small single circle of pressure on my abdomen, which is an improvement from other brands I 've tried 5) there is no seam or pressure point anywhere on the tights that was uncomfortable, so I did n't experience any rubbing or discomfort for the duration of wearing them ever! There are only a couple CONS: 1) I felt they run a bit small, especially in the waist. I know they are intended for compression, but getting them on required a bit of discomfort, especially at the top of the waist- it is exceptionally small. I 'd recommend sizing up if you have a larger waist or prefer more room on the waistline. Since they are high rise, it definitely `` cuts '' into the area under your rib- cage at first and is tricky to pull up. Once I got them up, they were fine and they stayed in place perfectly, but I might size up if I buy a second pair for this reason 2) I feel they are a bit long to be considered 7/8 length( I 'm 5' 8 '' 125 lbs)- they fit more like a traditional legging, which was fine for my use but if I truly wanted 7/8 length I 'd say they are longer than that. Overall these are great leggings for running- they stay in place, keep me cool, held up to washes and wear and tear and still look new, and fit comfortably with no rubbing. I 'd definitely recommend them for anyone who wants to run!

These are my daily go- to capris. I ordered this pair because I know my original pair will eventually wear out, although when I pulled them both out of the wash, I could not tell them apart. The knees do not even bag! My original reason for choosing this particular item was the cellphone pocket. This is a must for me. DSG as a brand has always been a solid choice for function and value and these compression tights tow that line. I can ’ t stop giving my thighs little pats when I have these on lol. They feel so soft and nice and look just as good! They are a little on the thinner side, but not see through or anything. Perfect spring legging. They are also the first leggings I ’ ve found that don ’ t slide down horribly. They are a little snug on me, cause I ’ m freshly postpartum, but once I get down closer to my pre- baby weight, they ’ ll fit perfectly.

The material is great too. I wanted to keep them on all day! I ’ m 5 ft and I had to cuff them a bit so wouldn ’ t drag but they stayed put all day. I ’ m a 6/8 and got a medium.

These leggings are amazing. They have the right amount of stretch and don ’ t loosen as the day goes by. They are a thick material and cozy on the inside and the waistband stays put. The flare is just enough and the little reflector strips on the bottom add a stylish touch. There are also “ pockets ” to store keys or a chapstick or phone. I have washed mine a bunch of times and they wash well and don ’ t shrink.
