This is a great adjustable kettlebell for a home gym, with one major flaw with the increments. Weight increments are 8/10/12/16 kg= 18/22/26/35 lbs. They were going in 2 kg increments until they skipped from 12 to 16. First issue: 14 kg= 31 lbs, and 30 lbs is a very commonly used kb. Second issue: The larger `` Pro '' version of this starts at 16 kg, so they overlap in weight. Could have easily made this 8/10/12/14, and then started the `` Pro '' at 16.

I used to run a lot when I was younger just getting out of college, but then I stopped a little because my legs would get sore easy. I started reading up on jumping rope as a comparative exercise that has the same, if not better, benefits as running in less time. I saw a some other jump ropes that were somewhat bland and cheap looking, and then came across the weighted rope. It's been working like a charm. It is a little tangly/tight initially because of the material, but after a couple uses, it's fine. I sweat a lot when I workout, so my hands sometimes get slick and the handles could use a little more grip. Hopefully once my body gets more acclimated, it wo n't be an issue.

I chose the Lifeline rope because the weight is n't in the handles, its in the rope, which I wanted to compare to the weighted handle style. Its a different weorkout and a better one in my opinion. So, I decided I needed a new yoga mat because the one I had was too thick and therefore not easy to carry around. I saw this kit and I thought it was a great price for everything that it came with( but to be honest, I bought the kit for the yoga mat print that I wanted because I already have a strap and the blocks). What a great product! I really do n't understand why people complain that the mat is too slippery. There were times in class, in balance poses that required me to take a foot from the mat that it was actually `` challenging '' to make the mat unstick from my foot, seriously! If I could suggest something, it would be to have two blocks as part of the kit instead of just one considering that many beginner poses that require inversions or balancing might need two blocks instead of just one. But aside from that, I wish I knew about the kit before I purchased my other yoga stuff.
