I bought this a month ago and was able to assemble it pretty quickly by myself and then load it up with 424+ lb of dumb bells and kettle bells to clean up my home gym area. Working as described and I 'm pleased so far. The lower rack with 264 pounds of kettle bells may be just slightly sagging in the middle and so I put the heavier weights on the ends and I may add a wood block of support in the middle.

works out my upper body quite well and the dipped end type handles are very comfortable, and sturdy. If those handles come off you either got to be chewing on them in your sleep or someones messing with your equipment. These types of handles do n't just slip on and off easy. Of course I know not to use these ropes also on abrasive surfaces like street asphalt or heavy rock gravel conditions. to do so is absurd to say the least. this is an awesome piece of equipment

I thought I was in pretty good shape until I tried this workout. My gym recently added this to their equipment and it is amazing. I have replaced one workout a week with the workout book included with this kit. It provides cardio, strength and endurance training all at once. When done properly, including the `` active rest '' excercies between sets, this has limitless potential. You get full range of motion and you are only limited by your effort. The rope will wear out over time and the ends will require re- taping or dipping in plastic but the benefits will outweigh any maintenance issues that arise from usage.
