The highest resistance is n't as strong as on a more expensive machine, but I feel it enough when I 'm pedaling. It does wobble slightly when in use, and after a few sessions I have started to hear a clicking noise in the wheel, but neither has presented a problem in using the bike so far.

[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

I really love this I think it ’s great for in home use. I have about 1000 “ steps ” on mine currently and it works well is pretty quiet and I ’ ve had no issues with it. I am able to balance well enough to use it standing which my room mate can not but can use it sitting down. So if you aren ’ t able to balance well you will not be able to use it standing there is another version with handles that would be best. It ’s small and heavy and it ’s easy for hair or dirt to get into the areas so it ’s probably best to keep it away from where your pets might be.

I bought this for spinning to help with a knee injury, and it seems to do the trick. The bike is sturdy and comfortable and light enough to move around easily. It took about half an hour to put it together with very clear instructions. I 'm 5'11 '' and I 'm on the last adjustment hole. Someone taller might have to drill another hole, which might leave very little seat post remaining.

I bought this bike in January and I had never done a cycling class or been on a bike so I was hesitant because there were a lot of bikes more expensive than this one. But I have been using it for months and it's awesome, especially for the price. The handlebars and seat are adjustable to fit your height. It is easy to move around so I can wheel it into different rooms and it's not a huge machine so it can be tucked against a wall or easily stored. I live in an apartment on the second floor and this is great because it's quiet( no pounding on the floor like a treadmill.) It does n't have a ton of bells and whistles with built in screens for live classes but I watch free youtube cycling videos on my ipad and rest it on the inner handlebars easily! [ The assembly was time- consuming, but the instructions were clear and all of the parts were easily identified. I have used the unit three times now, and it seems to work fine for my needs. I have an ankle injury and need to get some aerobic exercise not involving my legs. The only drawback so far is that the pedal box is very noisy( a squeaky noise) when you first start exercising. The noise abates a bit after some time of using, but it is still there and annoying. That is the reason I have given a 4 rating instead of a 5. Is there any way to lubricate the mechanism in the pedal box?
