I started out with the Folly Twill pant and they just looked kind of dumpy on me at 5 ’ 5 ” and curvy. I wished they hit my ankles where they do on the model, but sadly they land lower and just look weird because the larger size also meant a way wider leg even though I didn ’ t need that. So I opted for these, started with a large and just drowned in them so went for a medium and love them. They stretch out quite a bit so definitely size down. They are a great everyday pant. Def. I got these pants in anticipation of starting a season of trail work. They held up through an entire season of rock work, which was pretty impressive. The material was relatively breathable for being so durable. I really like these trousers. I wanted a pair of hiking trousers that looked a little more stylish and can be worn in a multitude of scenarios. I have them in green, a pleasing military shade, and like the fact they are all a single block of colour unlike many two- tone hiking trousers( which I personally find a little uncool). Material is flexible facilitating easy and fluid movement and is durable but not heavy. The cut is straight, not baggy, a little more slim than most walking trousers. The elasticated hem is practical and aids with the slimmer line of the trouser. The 3 pockets are all zipped which is practical. The yellow logo on the back is cool. My old pants were OR and lasted forever so when it was time for new ones it was a no brainer to go with these. They are incredibly comfortable. Very soft and very stretchy makes them great pants for any outdoor activity. The legs zip off easily and the pockets are great. Ca n't say much more about them. Outstanding quality and a great brand who stands behind their products.

The pants have a perfect amount of stretch, which makes them comfortable during a day on the trail, and when relaxing around camp afterward. The zippered legs come off and on easily, and the adjustable drawstring at the ankle allows you to cinch it up around your boot to help keep 6- 8 legged critters and trail debris out of your shoes. I like them, and they look good with my Scout leader uniform too. I went with the Morel color, as the Verde was a little too green for my tastes.
