I was not a huge fan of the low rise versions for coverage reasons and upon trying these on I fell in love. They have slightly more coverage, are super lightweight, beautiful colors, and they are great for strength training and running. Overall a great purchase for the spring/ summer. I ’ d recommend going a size up because they do fit slightly small but also because of the slit in the leg it would be easy to get away with going true to size if you are fine with a tighter waist band.

The pockets on these shorts stays put. I have another pair of Nike running shorts and the pocket liner pokes out the bottom when I put my phone in there. So annoying. The only thing I 'd change is the advertised phone pocket in the back is much too small for my iPhone Max. Otherwise these are perfect.

Size up and you will have one of the most comfortable running shorts. What I like about the design is that the waistband stays in place as you run.

My go to shorts for solid runs. Whether it ’s 1 mile or 13. 1 these stay put, feel good, and wick moisture all while keeping light compression on the thighs. When I want a serious run there ’s no question which shorts I ’ m Grabbing.
