Ever see the character, Tigger, from the Winnie the Pooh stories? He literally bounces with every step! That ’s how you will feel with these shoes. I bought the shoes because we own 2 large Golden Doodles who need to go outside or be walked several times a day. Sometimes we run. These shoes have gone thru mud, snow, puddles, and more, and never missed a beat. My feet stayed dry and I just rinsed the shoes upon returning inside and good as new. I normally wear a 7. 5, but sized up to an 8 and the fit is perfect. I really like the extra room in the toebox, so I can wiggle my toes. However, the shoes do tend to run a bit narrow, so just a heads up if you have a wide foot. The shoes easily accomodated my orthotic once I pulled out the insole provided.( Hey, Nike, these shoes should have a unglued, easily removable, insole!) Overall, I am thrilled with my purchase.

I love Merrell Moab ’s, wear them every day and have 5 pair. But as hot as this summer has been, I wanted a pair of lighter weight shoes. I started with Merrell styles, but had no luck getting a good fit for my problem feet—a neuroma and plantar fasciitis on one foot and a bunion on the other. I also tried styles from all the highly rated shoes for walking, including those with gel insoles. They all bothered my neuroma, and the gels were so bouncy they made me feel a little unsteady on my feet. I took these on my rafting trip down the GRAND CANYON. I brought them for the side hikes from the river. Which are usually washes with some water crossings. These shoes did so well! They have incredible traction for climbing over big rocks in dry washes, or on slick ledges. The traction is incredible! They were comfortable right off the go and my custom orthotics fit in then since they have a removable foot bed. I loved these boots on the trip! Completely waterproof over the foot but if water gets up to the mid part where the laces are water does come in. I am going to look for a goretex hiking gater for that.

Thirty years ago I suffered a severe mid foot crush fracture which is now arthritic combined with areas of non- union. I have worn Morrell Moab 3 ’s for many years with orthotics and had the best support possible, but the antora has given me amazing pain free ambulation while walking our rural property and roads, as well as while shopping and walking the dogs. The shoes are lighter weight, still offer excellent support especially mid- foot, with quicker and easier breakover which makes an enormous difference to my gait and comfort. Very durable and true to size. Definitely reccomend!

These are great! Better than I expected. I have several pairs of Merrell's, yet this is my first pair of high tops. They were comfortable from the first time I wore them and did n't even need a break in time. They have a nice roomy toe box, and fit well on my narrow feet. Have n't taken them out on the trails yet, but I 'm looking forward to it. Nice color combination too.

I have been a loyal Moab mid boot wearer for years, having owned and worn through 12 pairs or so. The Moab Speed 2 shoe was a game changer for my feet. I usually suffer from some typical small hot spots during multi- week backpacking trips, but these shoes were an absolute dream on a 26- day trip on the John Muir Trail. The breathability of the non- waterproof shoe is excellent, but they also held up incredibly well against the rough granite of the Sierra ’s. I will absolutely be buying this shoe again!

I love the grippy nubs on the bottom of these shoes that prevent you from slipping on rocks. I also appreciate the fact that the sides are waterproof, which keeps my toes from getting wet and keeps them cleaner. I preferred the ones with thicker soles, and I 'm sad those are no longer available!

Actually, I have n't worn the Cascadia 18 GTX yet. I have 2 other Brooks shoes( new) that I am wearing. I love Brooks shoes. I would n't buy any other shoes. They are great and comfortable.

I will admit I was hesitant at first, my older model of the Cascadia was pretty firm and not the most comfortable. Whatever was done on this design, Brooks nailed it. The shoe was comfortable, had just the right amount of cushion, held up to the trail terrain, and looks sharp. Not to mention, it is waterproof and easy to clean. I recommend this shoe for anyone that has hiking on their schedule.

These shoes provide a solid platform, firm, but with enough cushion to protect your knees. Both the tread and gore tex have been excellent in slushy, snowy and icy winter runs on gravel roads and trails. These are the best running shoes for my foot that I have found in a long time, there's ample room in the toe box but the rest of the shoe provides a snug performance fit.

These have become my go to shoes. I teach elementary school children in an outdoor classroom and wearing hiking boots can get kind of cumbersome. These have the same vibran soles, heavy tread and waterproof uppers and are lighter to wear. I highly recommend. True to size with a roomy and comfortable toe box. Snug enough on a narrow heel.
