My second pair. They do not replace actual snow/rain boots but get a lot of use. I wear these regularly on rainy days and even New England winter weather. This fit true to size in length but do run a little narrow and will feel tighter in the toe box. I buy the same size as a regular pair of Air Max 90s. [ Aside from looking like a regular pair of training shoes, these are amazing on the trails! The tread is light enough to be able to run short distances( I ’ ve done about 5 miles mostly incline so far), but also grips and helps with stability on uneven dirt paths. The insoles are comfortable and can be worn on walks and while running errands. They also blend in perfectly with a gym or athleisure outfits which is my favorite part about them. Only “ con ” I have noticed so far is that they feel a little tight in the vamp area( I have pretty narrow feet)- hoping a little wear and tear and fixing the laces a little more will help.

I bought the shoes because we own 2 large Golden Doodles who need to go outside or be walked several times a day. Sometimes we run. These shoes have gone thru mud, snow, puddles, and more, and never missed a beat. My feet stayed dry and I just rinsed the shoes upon returning inside and good as new. I normally wear a 7. 5, but sized up to an 8 and the fit is perfect. I really like the extra room in the toebox, so I can wiggle my toes. However, the shoes do tend to run a bit narrow, so just a heads up if you have a wide foot. The shoes easily accomodated my orthotic once I pulled out the insole provided.( Hey, Nike, these shoes should have a unglued, easily removable, insole!) Overall, I am thrilled with my purchase.

Goo pair of she ’s. I am a beginner level runner. In these, I did a 5k and a 10k run so far. They are light and the cushion is better than my peg 39 shield pair. Not tried in the winter rain yet, will see that parth in warmer days. They are warm to feel in the cold weather. The soles are same as my peg 39 shield and storm tread sole is excellent for grip in wet or smooth surfaces, but the price is, it ’s impossible to clean once you got mud in. I had to go straight in garden and rinse it off, use a brush to remove the mud before it sets. I bought them on sale which seems OK price but would not pay full price. Buy at least half a size up, as they run a little small. Nike have never got the sizes right or consistent.

[ I ’ ve been seeking for a pair of shoes that are comfortable to walk in long distance, can maintain its support, and ultimately be my go- to walking shoes for the 1+ hr daily walks with my dog. I ’ m usually splitting my time between three different pairs of shoes for these daily walks- leather Jordans for when it ’s slightly wet outside, rain boots when it ’s really wet, and knitted running shoes for the nicer days in case we want to jog at any point during the walk. Because the Gore- Tex is versatile, it was able to address all three case needs and I have been wearing it every day for the past two weeks since I got them. The inside is not as soft like some other shoes but it ’s also not too hard like walking on the cement directly. There is a slight bounce that gives me comfort in knowing that the shoe is absorbing some shock from my footsteps and when I found myself at the beach with them on, I was pleasantly surprised that water and sand did not seep into the front of shoes like it normally would ’ ve with the knits( mind that I didn ’ t walk into the ocean with them on and am referring to an occasional splash while walking on the shore). As for the design, I thought that the little weather icons on the shoelaces was a cute yet settled detail. I was worried that shoes like this would make my feet look clunky, but it ’s giving more of the contemporary fashion with an edge of construction workwear. Highly recommend them for a daily wear! I have yet to test them in arduous hiking or heavy downpours but my impression is that these will satisfy my daily walking needs longer than most other shoes.

These are the best trainers I have ever had. They are supportive and comfortable. I spent years wearing orthotic insoles due to knee and back pain but didnt need them in these trainers. I now have several pairs of these. I am able to run 5k in these without knee pain. I wear them for every day things too so I basically live in them. I ’ ve worn Salomon boots for years. Since they dont have the older model x ultra mid boots. I decided to try these ones out. They look nice and seem to have all the features from the previous model. However, they have an uncomfortable pressure point located on the inside middle part of both boots. Which makes it uncomfortable to wear as soon as you wear them. If you have a slightly wide foot, do not get the regular size, it will destroy you. I 've worn these 5 times and walked a full 18 each time. I thought they would break in, but after 5 rounds, I ca n't wear them anymore. If you play really flat courses you might be fine, but if youre walking up and downhill a lot make sure to get the wide version. These have everything you 'll look for in a good rain boot, warm, very waterproof, and with the right size and width they would be very comfortable. I hope this review helps someone out there because I wish I had a heads up!

Love these shoes. I 'm so grateful to have found a jogging/working out/living shoe for the winter that keeps my toes warm and dry. I went up half a size like the other reviews suggested and they fit great. What I love most about these and my other Adrenalines is how long the soles last. I wear these ten to twelve miles a day most days of the week and it was a solid ten months before my first pair wore down. My Nike's never last more than three months and even my Hoka's are toast after four or five months. The staying power of these alone makes them worth it. My one suggestion? The winter is drab enough- let's hit these with the neon stick! I want some bright green/yellow/orange/aqua for the grey days- all the way from the soles to the laces.

I will admit I was hesitant at first, my older model of the Cascadia was pretty firm and not the most comfortable. Whatever was done on this design, Brooks nailed it. The shoe was comfortable, had just the right amount of cushion, held up to the trail terrain, and looks sharp. Not to mention, it is waterproof and easy to clean. I ’ ve had a few pairs of Norvan shoes in the past that I really liked, but this new update is the best. I unfortunately don ’ t live near much off road terrain and end up using these a lot on pavement, but even for pavement, they ’ re quick, durable, and adapt well to road conditions. They ’ re also pretty grippy in snow and icy conditions. The shoe laces are a bit slick, but there ’s a little pocket on the tongue of the shoe where you can tuck the laces to keep them tied and out of the way. One of the best aspects of these shoes is how washable they are. I have a light pair that I get pretty muddy and they clean right up with a run through the washer.

this is a very stable shoe. It feels slightly narrow, but it really distributes the weight across your foot. I live in an area where there is snow on the ground a lot of the time and so I really appreciate the Gore- Tex finish on this shoe. I use it mainly for walking. I had an ACL reconstruction surgery nine months ago and I walk across mud and unstable ground in the forest near where I live when I wear the ghost 16 gtx I am very confident that I will not slip.

[ I have hiked 1000's of miles on Asolo boots over the years and had many models. This one runs a tad bigger ue I have always been a 10 in the boot line so I would say it fits more like a 10. 5 but comfortable. Very rigid sole, which I look for in a boot and slightly on the heavier side, which does n't bother me. I did see where someone complained about a stitching clustster were the toungue is sewn together amd that was rather uncomfortable as it sat directly beneath one of the lace locks. I took a pair of flat nose pliers to the material wad.. for lack of a better term.. lol and worked it over a bit w the pliers squeezing and turning wo tearing it! So do n't go to crazy just cruah it down and it solved that problem rather easily. Great boot. Fit is larger. Crush the extra material to soften it.
