I started with a 5 minute ride, did a ton of stretching, now I went 99 days with a workout everyday. I am 56 years old. I love this bike. I never thought that I would enjoy it so much but it ’s been almost 6 years now and everyday there seems to be something new to discover. I picked up Peloton in the early fall of 2019 and of course it carried me through the pandemic but since then the depth of interesting classes and various workouts have kept me going. Everything about the bike is phenomenal. I had the first version many years ago and the improvements to the bike+ are excellent!! I love the auto resistance feature, the incredible sound system, bigger screen, updates to the software and the overall aesthetic look of the bike. All the instructors are excellent. Do n't have a favorite, although I tend to gravitate to the women, because I 'm a guy. Lol. I use the bike for cardio vascular fitness and it's very easy to achieve that goal with all the motivating and entertaining classes.

I used to own the original Peloton Bike, but I gave it to a dear friend whose husband is battling cancer, and at the time, I also needed to make space after deciding to adopt a second child. Still, I always felt like something was missing. I missed the movement, the motivation, and most of all — Kendall and her powerful mental health rides. So many miles, so much sweat, and more than a few healing tears were shed on that bike. I really like being able to do strength and cycling at the same time. My two fav instructors are Ally Love and Cody Rigsby. Received my new recumbent cross trainer( SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly is n't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Do n't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. I 'm an 81 year old man who has been working out his whole life and am not easily impressed.

I threw away my 40 year old stationary bike and replaced it with this one. I am so surprised how quiet it is when I ride it. My old bike had a chain and made so much noise. I think the bike is great. Well built and strong. Seat is large and comfy. It has been over a year that I have not rode a bike so I am starting with less tension and will increase it in time. I like the tension adjustment and the easy height adjustments. I would recommend this bike. The bike was packaged very well and I was glad nothing was wrong with it since the box had seen better days in transit. I also chose not to keep the foot straps on the petals when I ride. I ’ ve been using the NordicTrack G LE recumbent bike for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it ’s been a pretty great experience overall. The console isn ’ t anything fancy—it ’s pretty basic—but it gets the job done. It connects to my iPad via Bluetooth, which I love because I can track my stats and see detailed feedback during my ride. The info it gives is actually pretty helpful and motivating, especially if you ’ re working on improving your fitness. The seat is super comfy! It ’s got a good range of motion, so whether you ’ re tall or short, you can adjust it to fit just right. The quality of the Marcy NS- 652 is fantastic. The size is easy to move from storage to use. The assembly is very easy too. I had to have my husband shorten the seat an inch. I am petite. Putting it together required being focused, but it was fairly easy. Once together, it is doing exactly what we bought it to do: getting adequate, easily done exercise for two older folks. I ’ ve got four 45- minute segments and it doesn ’ t give me the same accomplishment from walking outdoors in that same time without turning the resistance past 8 on the 14- levels dial, but I don ’ t miss my outdoor exercise when it ’s 22 degrees and 17 mph wind gusts make walking undoable. Quality of the bike manufacturing is very good. Seat is comfortable and the pedals are easy to secure your foot( adjustable). I love the stand up feature, because many steppers I found did n't have this option, and I felt it was important for her to progress. I got this bike as I am temporarily unable to run due to a neck injury. It was pretty simple to assemble( although some of the instructions were a little hard to decipher). All parts were in the box along with some tools to put it together if you do n't already have your own tools. SO far, I have used it daily and I find the motion is very quiet and smooth. I like the simplicity of the display and, for anyone wondering, you can reset each workout `` session '' by holding down the button and your session distance and time will reset. The bike does have an odometer so it will continue to track your entire distance overall, which I like. There is also a nice feature that the screen will toggle through all the items on the screen if you choose the `` scan '' option on the screen. Or you can just have it set to stay on distance or time so that is a nice feature to have a little flexibility. I also really like the back of the seat since, as mentioned above, I 'm dealing with a neck injury so I can sit back and not worry about needing extra support. The side handles are very nice too for when I sit back and peddle. An excellent bike for anyone looking for something without any extra bells and whistles that does what it should do at a very reasonable price.

[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

If you are looking for a standard EXERCISE bike without all the unnecessary- and more costly bells and whistles- then this is the bike for you! The only thing to note, I am about 5'10 '' and raised the seat as high as it will go, and I can probably still use an extra couple inches. So if you are taller, it might not work for you.

First the bike was delivered to my home all in tac and well packaged. The assembly was easy and instructions are easy to follow. My thoughts are on the SF: B020026 under desk peddler. 2 years ago I hurt my knee and shoulder badly. I could not walk. I am holistic, I do not visit doctors. First 2 months was ice packs and pain. I research the rebuilding of my knee and shoulder. 3rd month I started bed exercises afraid of muscle atrophy. 5th month I studied peddlers. I choose the older Sunny model that is mentioned in the beginning of my story. I could only sit at the edge of my bed I could not walk. A friend helped me set it up. I researched peddling time and intention settings. First I started at setting 6 for 20 minutes first 2 weeks then split 30 minutes of 10 minutes intervals between 6 and 7 tension settings. Each month. The 6th month I peddled for an hour every other day for a hour. I knew I had nerve damage in my knee I kept my plan. Every passing month I did my bed exercises of leg lifts, scissor kicks and knee bends. 6 months ago I practiced standing my legs were weak. I started exercising every day peddling for a hour at tention 8. Exercising with weights and leg bed exercises. Today I am walking I peddle everyday 10 miles or over do the math. The Sunny peddler never broke down never quit on me. The only thing I changed were the peddles for better traction. I work in 3D modeling and animation. I am 71 I have no pain I take no pain killers. I smile when I look at my machine and my log book noting my milage journey. Sunny is a company offering an amazing product and I thank them.

I really love this I think it ’s great for in home use. I have about 1000 “ steps ” on mine currently and it works well is pretty quiet and I ’ ve had no issues with it. I am able to balance well enough to use it standing which my room mate can not but can use it sitting down. So if you aren ’ t able to balance well you will not be able to use it standing there is another version with handles that would be best. It ’s small and heavy and it ’s easy for hair or dirt to get into the areas so it ’s probably best to keep it away from where your pets might be.

[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

[ We have been working from home remotely since pandemic started and rarely going out just for groceries, health situation was getting worse. Initially purchased Stamina Wonder Exercise Bike, which is a great exercise machine, however, my spouse took it over and moved it in her office area. I bought this for spinning to help with a knee injury, and it seems to do the trick. The bike is sturdy and comfortable and light enough to move around easily. It took about half an hour to put it together with very clear instructions. I 'm 5'11 '' and I 'm on the last adjustment hole. Someone taller might have to drill another hole, which might leave very little seat post remaining.
