This is a great adjustable kettlebell for a home gym, with one major flaw with the increments. Weight increments are 8/10/12/16 kg= 18/22/26/35 lbs. They were going in 2 kg increments until they skipped from 12 to 16. First issue: 14 kg= 31 lbs, and 30 lbs is a very commonly used kb. Second issue: The larger `` Pro '' version of this starts at 16 kg, so they overlap in weight. Could have easily made this 8/10/12/14, and then started the `` Pro '' at 16.

Bought these on a whim. I do pull ups and chin ups with the standard circumference bars. So, I thought I 'd challenge myself with adding a more difficult rubberized grip attachment. Iwas surprised to see howthis small change in grip size made a big difference in working on and improving my grip strength. It works! Simple item that works!

[ Nice weighted power core sandbag. I like how this has easy to read weight numbers on it cause most do not. This is heavy and nice to exercise with. It is 15lbs and is easy to carry. So my wife seen me using it and wants one also so we can work out together so I will be getting her one as well. I use mine to walk up and down my hill in my backyard and I can feel the burn. Ziva did well with this bad. I use it every other day and I can tell a difference when working out with this now. Great results. Me and my wife like to work out so I will be looking at more exercise equipment from ziva.
