I 've been taking this preworkout for over a year now. To be honest, I ca n't even tell if it's helping with my reps or being more explosive because I drink it everyday before I workout at 5 AM. The caffeine is real though, cause it 'll keep me up at night if I do an evening workout. Regardless, I continue to take it because it tastes good and I do n't want to know what I could n't handle if I missed a day lol.

I have been working out for quite awhile and each day i have left the gym tired and upset, because no matter what i try nothing seemed to be happening with my body. Then i discovered C4 in the Hawaiian Punch flavor, i have been drinking Xtend in the Airhead flavor so i felt there was nothing to lose. I bought this a couple of weeks ago. It was marked below retail price, so that got my excited.( It's always good to save some money). I have to say, overall taste is 8/10. It does taste like orange juice, however the color can throw you off. It's just white- ish. It has no after taste which is also good. The effects: 10/10. It kicks you like a mule really fast.( 5- 10 min after drinking it)

I only use ON products and just tried their green apple- flavored pre- workout. I usually train on an empty stomach early in the morning and feel great just having this pre- workout while exercising. The flavor is great and it gives me so much energy! It allows me to challenge myself with more reps or heavier weights and I can tell my body responds greatly! I can not recommend it enough.

On the container it states that it has more caffeine than your typical preworkout, however, I found that my energy levels are quite the same. The reason why I enjoy this preworkout regardless of it not giving me more energy is because of the added creatine. I found that the added creatine really has allowed me to strengthen my muscles quicker than before.

The blueberry lemonade flavor is fantastic! I also have the fruit punch flavor that is good but it pales in comparison to this flavor. And taste aside, I feel like it has just the right amount of caffeine. As for the other workout- supporting ingredients like creatine, it seems to be helping me get in shape a bit faster( could be my imagination but I feel/see my physique changing more). 10/10 would buy again, just wish they sold these in larger sizes or bulk!
