I walk 18 to 20 miles a week for exercise. I always wear Rykas because they provide great support in a comfortable lightweight walking shoe. For vacation I wanted a pair that had the quality of an exercise shoe and the looks of a casual shoe to wear with shorts when touring, so I didn ’ t have to pack two different pairs. These are incredible! I wish I had bought them earlier in my pregnancy. Some Nike shoes I find to be a bit narrow, and these definitely weren ’ t. I have another pair of lace less Nikes but I still need to use my hands to get them on/off. As promised, these are step in and step out. I love my air max 270s but they are not the best support in the gym. These give good support for running, the recumbent bike, and I ’ ve had ease lifting with them.
