I 've been using some various other products and namely some from hardware storage not built for fishing specifically and it pays to get them from Plano. The buckles are firm and do n't beat up your fingers opening them up. They are n't the best when stacking if you wanted to nest them top down and I would love to see more functional spaced with being able to remove a larger section without cutting internal walls but that said you can make it work. For the money they perform better then expected. Made extremely well. Loved the hard bottom of this considering I mostly fish kayak and canoe, keeps things dry. Looked forever for what this thing will hold with no info on storage capacity. Pulled the trigger and was pleased with what I could fit. Main compartment holds 3 3700 size boxes, you could add a 3700 thin as well but its pretty tight. The front pouch will hold a 3600 box without much room to spare, I loaded mine with a 3600 thin terminal box and a thin 3500 box. Pouches on the side of bag will hold the small Flambeau spinner bait box. I used top pouch for plastics, holds like ten bags or so comfortably. Great bag and comfortable to carry fully loaded

So far, it is exactly what we needed, it is easy to clean has lots of storage for all your tackle and if you have extra room, you can put snacks in your boxes. But if you ’ re like me, you can ’ t have too many lures, weights, etc.  you can just plop this bad boy on the ground in the mud. It doesn ’ t matter one quick swipe with the water hose and it ’s clean. It looks to be made of good quality materials. It is convenient to have a rod holder, a plier holder, and a knife sheath. [ I got this tackle box for myself but it would actually make a perfect gift for anybody who loves to fish. It ’s got so many great features, all in one bag. There are five individual boxes for lures. What I really like about these boxes is that they have an easy to use( one- handed) latch. So many cases have no actual latch; they just press shut. Which is great until you drop the case and lose your lures all over the shore. These cases stay secure even when you drop them. I also like the exterior holders that hold your knife and your pliers, making them easy to grab when you need them instead of having to dig through your box. The box is rugged and easy to carry. I ’ ve had the same tackle box for years and liked it just fine, but when I got this one, I shifted all my gear to it and I ’ m not going back. I went on a fishing trip to Florida and needed a simple tackle box to bring on my trip. I was looking for something in which I could just bring a certain amount of terminal tackle and not over pack. I ended up finding this tackle box and it was just what I was looking for. I was able to store enough to bring with me.
