These are `` limited flight '' balls so they do n't go very far even on a very hard hit, but they still give great feedback on the quality of the contact. I taught my son how to play with ghost runners today and we played a great game of baseball, just like I did with my brother growing up except when my brother and I played with real baseballs we hit a lot of home runs. My experience with this product has been great. I would like to use the opportunity to answer some questions from below that costumer support fails to do.@ Daffy The system runs on AA batteries, 10 of them in total( 2 per device). So no power banks will be necessary.@ Trainer fast Raising the sensors seems to help a bit, although I did not have any trouble when they were on the floor. At the very least there is no reason why you could n't do so.@ Bpeasy I have been abled to use multiple sets in one location without any problems@ Caysprint It should work for up to 35 meters or 40 yards and I have had no trouble with that. Much further than 40 meters will give connections issues.@ Nico T- tests or 5- 10- 5's will not work. Two of the sensors are designed to be the starting line and two are the finish. This can not be changed.@ LHW4 The gates have to be within 4 feet or 1. 2 meters to work properly.

Using any impact bag requires proper technique. There are many reviews by users who repoprt `` stitchinig separated '' after a few swings. First off these bags will not hold up to a full on golf swing. Secondly, you impact the bag more with the shaft first in the CENTER area of the bag with a moderate and less than full swing impact. One of of the uses of the bag and to learn to hit the ball with proper shaft lean with a moderate version of your real swing. Hitting the bag in the bottom portion( as if you were actually trying to hit a ball) with an aggressive swing will ALWAYS cause the stitching to break. I use this bag the way it was intended to be used( impact somewhere in the Yellow area), shaft leading the club face and have no issues. It's not a golf ball!! Hitting the Yellow area with the CLUB FACE first is not only the wrong way to swing, it will eventually tear/rip the impacted area with an aggressive swing. Reviews stating the product will not hold up should be ignored because the approach which causes this to happen is flawed. Impact bags, when used properly, are a great training aid!

I have had this sandbag for several years, and it has held up. I do regular HIIT workouts, and it's great to add weight for squats, deadlifts, rows, step ups, lunges, you name it. If you could hold it during the exercise, this bag has been used. The multiple handles allow me to switch grip or hold it in various ways depending on my workout. Getting the bags to properly fit inside the outer shell once filled WAS tricky at first, but a little patience goes a long way. The only thing I would recommend is having a single handle in the middle of one of the sides for single arm use. My yellow bags have handled the inside abuse very well but are leaking now, so once I find a way to replace them, I 'll keep using this sandbag for more years to come!
