Although I liked the product, I had to return it because the ratchet strap length was too long for securing my jet ski. The ratchet would have been against my ski which obviously wouldn ’ t work. I would buy these again if needed for securing a motorcycle or other gear.

Thule fully supports their products. The Wheel Strap was easy to purchase on the site. It took me less than 15 minutes to find and buy. It was delivered to my mailbox in less than a week, and it was very easy to replace the broken wheel straps!!! The wheel straps are heavy duty, and I cracked the original due to my own mistake. I purchased the Thule Rack from a car dealership, and they could not replace the part.

My roof mount is old and I have no idea what model, but these worked perfectly. Took a little work to get them on, but they are snug and secure so I have no concerns. I have used this system for several years older version and now newer version. I bought these additional ones because I like the ratcheting system better than what came with my new kayak racks. These pull tight quickly and release very easily. I like the carabiner I no longer worry about it coming detached from the kayak while traveling. I highly recommend.
