My pro half rack was delivered about a week ago, and after about 45 minutes to an hour it was set up and ready to go. Quick set up for the most part as long as you have an extra person reading directions and helping you with stabilizing, it should be a fairly easy set up for anyone. Two 17 mm wrenches was all I needed. I 'm happy with the amount of space that it takes up in our garage, as we are in a place at this point where we need that space saved. Though it is a personal preference, I would like to have 1 or 2 more pegs for weights, however the ones that they do have the 3 on each side or very strong and very stable.

The bar is easy to attach and take off for quick changes while exercising. My 11 year old son works out with me and it is even easy for him to make quick changes in height to the bar. It is secure and will not come off accidentally while doing pulling exercises like inverted rows. The diamond __quote__knurling__quote__ make it secure even though we still use chalk, but it feels good on the hands and is not at all abrasive. So it wont tear up your hands. Great for elevated pushups, for inverted rows, lower height bar for pullups when teaching kids. Overall very satisfied. Even my wife uses it for pushups and rows.
