I bought this for my grandson for Christmas 2023 and he loves it. He rides it all over his neighborhood. He remembers to charge it everytime he is finished with it. He went to ride it yesterday after it had been charging from the day before and nothing. My son in law checked the voltage on the batteries and they are fine. HELP!!!! I do n't know what could be wrong.

I bought this about a week back and it is killing it. However; It does n't do great offroad because it has no suspension. On a full charge it 'll go about 18mph, you can turn pretty sharp with it too. I would recomend.

I followed along the instruction booklet to be extra safe in assembling but it was very simple and quick even if you ’ re not used to putting things together. Also all the tools were conveniently provided and organized, and the instruction manual had troubleshooting tips if you run into any bumps. Riding the e- bike is a really good time, I was surprised how much I enjoyed it the first time. It has three modes where you can either pedal alone, use the electric power alone, or a combination of the two. I love that it has the option for you to pedal alone and get a good workout in and then switch to the electric whenever you want. It's perfect for both leisurely rides, a good cardio session, or a quick trip or commute wherever you have to go. Great way to incorporate spending more time outdoors! The ride is really comfortable and I also appreciate the bike's compact size, which makes it easy to store and transport. The battery lasts a long time, it has always had enough battery for how long I was out riding. I 'm really impressed with the quality and performance of the Bolt Pro X. If you 're looking for an efficient, fun electric bike, that will give you new possibilities to venture out to this is the one to go for. Highly recommend!

I just received this bike and took it out for a spin, wow! It looks like the bike was made and packaged by NASA. Open the box, twist on the pedals and you 're ready to ride. The design ingenuity allows for easy fold up to ride, and fold down to store nice and compact. I 'm 6' 185lbs and it could n't be a more comfortable ride, and plenty powerful enough to get me where I 'm going. The seat easily adjusts up or down to fit multiple riders comfort levels. 10/10 would recommend this bike to anyone looking for a compact E- bike without having to sacrifice on quality or performance. Bike came in perfect condition and was easy to assemble… took about 15 mins. Also came with this cool multi- tool! I took it for a spin around the block and it was really fun. It doesn ’ t go too fast but would definitely be great for commuting around a college campus or city. The headlight is pretty bright and brakes work very well. Overall it ’s a very good bike!

I got this bike about a week ago and it has quickly become an every day item! Living in a big southern city, transportation can be tough. Trains aren ’ t that good and parking is hard to come by. This bike allows me to get to places quickly, sometimes even faster than my car, while still being able to keep my parking spot! The set up was easy with little mess leftover and I was able to hit the road almost instantly.

I bought this for my first semester at Florida Atlantic University and it has been a great form of reliable transportation! I ’ m able to get to and from campus within minutes, and campus is HUGE. Unfortunately, I ’ d love to buy more features to the bike, but it ’s all sold out. I got creative and installed two bike baskets myself using zip ties! It works for now but I do plan on purchasing actual equipment for this bike. I ’ ve rode it for two weeks now and I am having so much fun! 10/10- RESTOCK YOUR STUFF JETSON.

I recently moved to the suburbs and was thinking about getting a small ebike from Jetson- so glad I did! This thing is awesome for riding to the brewery, beach, and storefronts near by. Perfect for a casual cruise around the neighborhood, too. Little to no assembly which is a big plus for me.
