I recently went on a backpacking trip to Sykes hot springs in Big Sur where I knew that 1. 5 L water bottle is the minimum size I needed. I did n't want to carry a large collapsible bottle so I took this 2 L one with me. It's so easy and convenient to fill this one in streams/ rivers you can hold a bottle by the side handle and due to the wide 42 mm opening it's a breeze to fill in water there. I then clip a combo of different adapters: hydrapak Plug and Play adapter, hydrapak filter adapter, filter from peakgravity, and sawyer sp 150 coupling. Then I attach it to plastic water bottle and leave it or press on the bottle to speed up a process a little bit. So far this is a very convenient way to filter the water for me. Maybe not super fast but I feel safe with this setup.

This is the best running water bottle I have. It holds a lot of water and some light emergency stuff in the pocket. At first it was difficult to get any water out. So, I pulled the light gray center rubber all the way out, then reinserted it just until the tabs clicked into place. After that, water flowed much better. Also, I took a can coozie and cut the bottom off of it and slid the sleeve onto the bottle to insulate it.

I normally carry around a stainless steel 25 oz. water bottle on my backpack and around in the car but it was a bit of a hassle for the gym. I ordered this bottle for that purpose and it fit the bill. I can mix in Amino Acid powder and drink easily from it. The cap arm has tension to hold it back when drinking and the handle is excellent. The rubber base is a great feature as well for stability when standing it up but it does n't fit in the car cup holder, the only downside. The texture on the cap is easy to grip. I 'm quite satisfied with my purchase.

I read the reviews before purchasing and almost went with the older model even though I really liked the color options and silicone bumper included with this one. Reviews said that the bottle sweated a lot and that the new ice blocker spout prevented water from flowing and the cap from being cleaned properly. None of that is true for me. Water flows just as it does from any other bottle I 've owned( perhaps even better than from my hydroflask lid) and the cap is super easy to clean. I love the silicone bumper, and especially love the carrying handle( makes multi tasking and taking it on walks super easy). I dislike drinking cold water so was searching for a plastic water bottle that was still environmentally- friendly( previously had a KOR water bottle) and this one fits the bill. It definitely does n't sweat more than my other bottle and it is absolutely leak- proof. This bottle combines every feature I was looking for( plastic, leak- proof, removable top to add ice, carrying handle that does n't stick upright, fits in a cupholder but still a good size, clean look with one color and unobtrusive logo).

Cool that you can fit a can in there. Diameter is 2& 15/16ths inches so it might not fit smaller cup holders. Note the drinking lid isn ’ t spillproof but it doesn ’ t claim to be. Not the best thermos out there but decent. Similar to others in terms of heat retention- just fine.

I own most water purification systems on the market. The Grayl is my latest purchase and is now my go to. I backpack in the north Ga, NC, TN mountains where water sources are usually close by but not always easy to get to. If I can ’ t reach the source, I tie paracord to the metal eyelet, lower the Grayl, fill it, pull it up and press the water through filter and I ’ m back on the trail in minutes. I have 3 of these and they are the only bottles I use for running. They are super light, the handle is comfortable and never causes chafing, and no slosh as you drink. Make sure you clean the whole top every couple runs by removing two little plastic bits that make the valve, I hand wash them. In a rush, fill the bottle with hot ish water and squeeze the water out, make sure you turn the bottle as you go so the hot water hits all parts of the inside of the valve. I had an argument with my dad a while ago, he insisted that the velcro closure of the handle goes at the top by the lid and the button closure goes at the bottom. I inherited these bottles from him, I tried it, and I got chafing between my thumb and index finger. Now that I see the picture on the sight I know definitively that I was right all along. Always put the button by the top:)

I purchased when on sale since I have another Nathan handheld already( non collapsible). It came highly recommended and I see why, very easy to hold and drink from. The only negative is there needs to be more Velcro on the strap, I must have small hands because even when it full, the strap has a gap. I can ’ t make it as tight as I ’ d like. I could probably fix it myself though.

I have use the 14 ounce EXO drawl hand, held for a long time and love it. I just bought the 18 ounce because some water stops are farther apart on some races. It ’s perfect! I love the no sloshing and the collapsible bottle.

This stays very climatically temperatured w whatever is inside, neat easy to handle design, nice, pretty cool 😎 over all, however I place two 16. 9oz water bottles in it and it seems to get completely full, not sure if it is actually 40oz contents or weight of jug, need to do a bit more measuring, but other than that is a wonderful accessory...

Very durable and easy to carry around. Only reason it ’s not 5 stars is because it doesn ’ t come with a straw lid which I feel would make it easier to drink from.
