I bought this ball at Dicks about a year ago. And i have yet to use it for my feet! Little did i know what this little wonder could do for my hands!!! I work with my hands always, and the stress and strain can be brutal. Gripping, pulling, pushing all day can take its toll. I 've actually gone to one of those mall,( asian) massage business's just to get hand massages. And they were great, but wondered why i would just go in just for my hands. Long story short, my wife and i walked in to a Dicks looking for a massage hook. Then she noticed and picked up this ball and asked if i 'd seen one like this. I took it, noticed how hard it was and then instinctively started sliding and massageing my hands on it like a baseball pitcher would on a base ball. To my utter and sheer amazement it was euphoric. I ’ ve had this for about a month and I love it! I travel a lot and used to carry a foam roller that took up so much space in my luggage. The pro- tec is about 5 ” diameter so it takes up very little room. It works great on the floor or against the wall( for more control of how much pressure you put on the ball). My only complaint is that I ’ ve noticed a slight flat spot on the ball after putting full weight on it from my back while on a hard wood floor. I only weigh 170 lbs.

Works amazingly well! I have several Trigger Point products, however, this one rises above the rest! Due to its size and construction it quite effectively targets harder to access spots. In enables deep tissue rolling/self massage. The three modes are nice but I have found the first level of vibration to be strong enough in most circumstances. Directions are incorrect how they indicate if device is actively charging or fully charged. Directions state there is an orange LED by charging port. This is incorrect, there are 2 LED ’s only on opposite side by the on/off switch. The one furthest on right blinks blue to indicate charging, it becomes solid blue when fully charged. The 3 LED ’s also indicate what charge level has been set, 1, 2 or 3, although this is obvious. Minor issue for user confusion but would certainly not sway me from recommending this product.
