Very nice training tool. I use this daily to help with my swing tempo. The mid size is perfect for me as I am almost 5 ’ 10, it is good for both woods and irons. The full size felt bulky and I felt my swing would be too flat which was why I went with the midsize.

I purchased this training aid with a grift card. I fully expected to return it very quickly. Not only does this devise help with getting on the correct plane, it helped shallow my transition and improve my release pattern. The shape and weighting really helped me relax my arms through the bottom half of the downswing. I love this trainer and now use it many times each day.

I purchased this training aid and left the wrapping on when I used it the first day because like most training aids I 've purchased over the years I anticipated it not living up to my expectations or that I would n't use it enough to justify the purchase price. After 24hrs with the item I removed the covering because I knew I would never return it. It is the best training aid I 've ever used. I have had an upright swing for the 24 years I have been playing golf and I took a lesson from my local club pro and bought this item to support everything we worked on& changed my swing in a week. This training aid helps you build muscles, feel the weight of the club positions in the backswing and most importantly helps accentuate the feeling of a shallow position before the strike of the ball. Could n't possibly recommend it more. Huge fan!!!

I hate COVID
Mid 40's age golfer that picked up the game 5 yrs ago. Tried everything to fix my over the top swing and nothing worked. Started swinging this everyday and it has dramatically improved my swing. And for the guys complaining about the top screw rubbing their palm or having big hands just take off the optional club head attachment that fits at the bottom of the grip and move your hands down from the top screw.
