Have had this for about 5 weeks, and cooked steaks, burgers, hash browns, eggs,& vegies. The cooking heat range is exceptional compared to my old grill. I bought a laser heat gauge to fine tune the exact heat I want, and it works great. The control knobs maintain the exact heat I want. Clean- up is the best part of this griddle. Start to finish less than 10 minutes, including re- oil for next use. The steaks maintain the juice inside, unlike my old grill, where the juice fell through the grills. [ This griddle was super simple to setup, but I do wish there was some kind of direction on what to do when you first open it especially how to coat it and make it non- stick. I also would have appreciated some sort of fun little recipe guide to get going. At first, the only thing I could think to make was pancakes... but after scouring the internet for some, we have used this for so many things. One thing I would fix though is the spot that you put the grease/mess into. Mine seems like it is a little on the crooked side, but everything looks even when you have it removed from the griddle.
