Putting it together required being focused, but it was fairly easy. Once together, it is doing exactly what we bought it to do: getting adequate, easily done exercise for two older folks. I ’ ve got four 45- minute segments and it doesn ’ t give me the same accomplishment from walking outdoors in that same time without turning the resistance past 8 on the 14- levels dial, but I don ’ t miss my outdoor exercise when it ’s 22 degrees and 17 mph wind gusts make walking undoable. Quality of the bike manufacturing is very good. Seat is comfortable and the pedals are easy to secure your foot( adjustable). Pedaling is quiet and the distance from seat to pedal is variable by adjusting the seat height and should satisfy most riders. The bike is very quiet when pedaling so it can be situated in any room available. Overall, A+ so far.

[ The assembly was time- consuming, but the instructions were clear and all of the parts were easily identified. I have used the unit three times now, and it seems to work fine for my needs. I have an ankle injury and need to get some aerobic exercise not involving my legs. The only drawback so far is that the pedal box is very noisy( a squeaky noise) when you first start exercising. The noise abates a bit after some time of using, but it is still there and annoying. That is the reason I have given a 4 rating instead of a 5. Is there any way to lubricate the mechanism in the pedal box?

[ Assembly- went together in leas than an hour once I got it all unboxed. Make sure that you assemble this where it is going to be used. It weighs quite a bit. This is great for stability, but not very mobile. Function- very sturdy and easy to adjust for size and resistance. There is a noticable difference in each step from 1 to 8. I also like the fact that the arm and legs can( and should) be worked separately. You can pinpoint the proper resistance level for each. Extras- The screen is functional and gives you the basics, but not much more and that is fine for me. I know what I want to do for my work out and dont need to pay for a tour guide. Quality- As I said this is a very sturdy machine and even though I have only been using for about a month I have no doubt that it will last.

[ We have been working from home remotely since pandemic started and rarely going out just for groceries, health situation was getting worse. Initially purchased Stamina Wonder Exercise Bike, which is a great exercise machine, however, my spouse took it over and moved it in her office area. After struggling to coordinate time, decided to buy Wirk about a month ago and it has been the best decision. It stays under my desk and I can use it any time while working on the desk. The best thing I like is that the display is wireless and sitting on my desk to monitor the progress instead of bending under the desk to check and reset. Overall the Stamina Wirk mini bike is a great product. It runs smooth and I am using it daily for atleast 30 to 60 minutes.

We 've used the stationary bike for about a month now, 3- 4 days a week. The pedal action is very smooth and the amount of adjustments is ample allowing both my 6' 1 '' and my wife's 5' 1 '' height to be accommodated. It is, however, a bit wobbly. Vigorous pedaling causes the whole thing to sway, although it never feels like it is going to flop over. Overall, a good piece of equipment at a reasonable price.

I ’ ve been using the NordicTrack G LE recumbent bike for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it ’s been a pretty great experience overall. The console isn ’ t anything fancy—it ’s pretty basic—but it gets the job done. It connects to my iPad via Bluetooth, which I love because I can track my stats and see detailed feedback during my ride. The info it gives is actually pretty helpful and motivating, especially if you ’ re working on improving your fitness. The seat is super comfy! It ’s got a good range of motion, so whether you ’ re tall or short, you can adjust it to fit just right. I ’ ve had no issues riding for extended periods, and the seat feels supportive without being too hard or too soft. The resistance feels smooth when adjusting, though I ’ ll admit the lowest level is a little tougher than I expected. It ’s still manageable, but if you ’ re a total beginner, you might feel it right away. One small thing I noticed is that the pedals feel a bit wider than what I ’ m used to on a regular road bike. I started with a 5 minute ride, did a ton of stretching, now I went 99 days with a workout everyday. I am 56 years old. I completed all of Matt ’s 120, 90, working on 75, lots of 60 minutes rides, lifted weights, walked, all with my peloton app. I can ’ t think all of Peloton for helping me. I love this bike. I never thought that I would enjoy it so much but it ’s been almost 6 years now and everyday there seems to be something new to discover. I picked up Peloton in the early fall of 2019 and of course it carried me through the pandemic but since then the depth of interesting classes and various workouts have kept me going. I still have my original bike, been doing my best to keep it in good shape and for the most part the flywheel still spins like new, the pedals still hold great and nothing has shaken off:) I ’ ve been through a few pairs of shoes and aside from being stiff when new, I love ’ em. I 've only had this trainer a few months, so do n't have a measure of its longevity; however, it feels very solid and I expect to outlast me. I 'm not a big fan of trainers in general( I MUCH prefer to ride outside), so I do n't intend to ride the trainer a great deal( bad weather, injury recovery, etc). I really love this I think it ’s great for in home use. I have about 1000 “ steps ” on mine currently and it works well is pretty quiet and I ’ ve had no issues with it. I am able to balance well enough to use it standing which my room mate can not but can use it sitting down. So if you aren ’ t able to balance well you will not be able to use it standing there is another version with handles that would be best. It ’s small and heavy and it ’s easy for hair or dirt to get into the areas so it ’s probably best to keep it away from where your pets might be.

[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

I threw away my 40 year old stationary bike and replaced it with this one. I am so surprised how quiet it is when I ride it. My old bike had a chain and made so much noise. I think the bike is great. Well built and strong. Seat is large and comfy. It has been over a year that I have not rode a bike so I am starting with less tension and will increase it in time. I like the tension adjustment and the easy height adjustments. I would recommend this bike. The bike was packaged very well and I was glad nothing was wrong with it since the box had seen better days in transit. I also chose not to keep the foot straps on the petals when I ride. Nice that you have a choice to keep them on or not. My friend was visiting from Taiwan and put the bike together for me so quickly since he works in the industry. He told me this is a great bike for you.

Bought the Mag+ trainer on sale. Not sure if they 're phasing them out for a new version or what, but the price was awesome. I also purchased the riser block and speed sensor. Probably could 've done without the block, as my bike is barely off the floor while on the trainer. The speed sensor works great, and able to use it with my Wahoo and the Rouvy app. As others have stated, the remote is not great. I discovered that tightening the screw in the remote helps it hold and not automatically close. Still have to be gentle when adjusting the remote. Overall, a great buy.

I generally dislike indoor training, and much rather go out for a ride and train outside. I purchased this inexpensive model as I needed for warm sessions at races( just got to try racing). The setup was relatively quick given there was some assembly required. It is also of solid construction and very stable when setup correctly. However, upon first setup I noticed the trainer was not working properly, mainly due to lack to attention to detail- allow me to explain.- Following the setup instructions would end up with a setup of LOWEST resistance of the magnetic adjuster, when the shifter is at the HIGHEST setting. So trying to decrease the resistance, or even increase it, with the control lever is to no avail. The solution is to set the manual resistance knob to the HIGHEST resistance level once the cable has been routed. I let Saris support know of this needed update to their instructions.- Another shortcoming was that the remote control lever did not have enough resistance to hold the LOWEST resistance setting when the cable has the most tension. The tension on the cable would just pull on the lever back to the highest setting. I initially thought I have gotten a workout controller, but it was sealed new when I unpacked it. I took on disassembling the controller and inspection the internal mechanism. It is a very simple ratcheting mechanism with bi- directional pawl. Although all made of plastic, everything was in good condition and looked new. The pawl is kept in place by means of a an arc shape that springs out and keeps tension on the ratchet teeth. There is just not enough tension on the pawl to counter the tension from the cable. I solved by inserting a piece of rubber under the pawl arc. The trainer works like a charm after these adjustments. Also, pay attention to the hidden feature of the rubber feet to stabilize the trainer on uneven surfaces, it would otherwise wobble. The instructions explain their use.

I got my trainer about a month and a half ago, and it works great. It's sturdy, holds the bike tight with the provided rear axle, has good resistance, and is actually relatively quiet on a solid floor. My only advice would be to not spend the extra money for the handlebar cable to change resistances. I did this, and found that it works very poorly, I took it off my trainer right after trying it out. I find the trainer performs best when I set the resistance at the highest setting and simply change gears as normal to vary my effort. Overall works great for inside spinning.

This bike is perfect for an apartment. Been using it every day since I purchased it and I love how easy it is to fold up and put away after each use. Super quiet, too. I 'd maybe recommend an exercise mat to make it even quieter, because while it is silent, you still can hear a very small hum from the pedals going. Perfect starter piece to a small home gym. Easy assembly too.

I have a leg fracture and my daughter got me this arm bike to get upper body workout. Leg immobile. We had a table to sit it on and legs can fit underneath using bands to help secure. If you are looking for a standard EXERCISE bike without all the unnecessary- and more costly bells and whistles- then this is the bike for you! The only thing to note, I am about 5'10 '' and raised the seat as high as it will go, and I can probably still use an extra couple inches. So if you are taller, it might not work for you.

Everything about the bike is phenomenal. I had the first version many years ago and the improvements to the bike+ are excellent!! I love the auto resistance feature, the incredible sound system, bigger screen, updates to the software and the overall aesthetic look of the bike. All the instructors are excellent. Do n't have a favorite, although I tend to gravitate to the women, because I 'm a guy. Lol. I use the bike for cardio vascular fitness and it's very easy to achieve that goal with all the motivating and entertaining classes.

I used to own the original Peloton Bike, but I gave it to a dear friend whose husband is battling cancer, and at the time, I also needed to make space after deciding to adopt a second child. Still, I always felt like something was missing. I missed the movement, the motivation, and most of all — Kendall and her powerful mental health rides. So many miles, so much sweat, and more than a few healing tears were shed on that bike. Eventually, I decided to reclaim a little joy for myself and repurpose our underused kitchen nook( we have a dining room we use more anyway). Love that the screen rotates and is nice and big. Speakers work very well! I really like the automatic resistance knob. I tried the bike bootcamp for the first time this week and loved it. I really like being able to do strength and cycling at the same time. My two fav instructors are Ally Love and Cody Rigsby. I can rely on them to give me a great workout and also give me some tough love and great words of wisdom, without taking themselves too seriously. I hadn ’ t worked out for months before getting a peloton and I ’ m feeling myself already being incredibly motivated to exercise. I can feel my body getting stronger even after 3 days. This is a very good bike, just not 5 Stars. It meets my requirements and was on sale foe what I wanted to spend. However, the pulse monitor worked for a week. The seat isn ’ t as comfortable as others mentioned, it tilts a little forward, washers under the front screw helped. It's easy to put together except for the tension wire. The instructions don ’ t tell you to rotate the bracket down to the base to anchor the wire, then rotate it back to keep it in place( need pliers for this). Took me more time to figure that out than putting the whole the bike together. There is very little difference between the tension settings. But, overall I ’ m satisfied with the bike.

I have only used it for 5 days and the left side peddle has developed an annoying clicking sound from inside the bike main body. This is very noticeable at resistance settings 1 and 2. As I increase the resistance setting the sound seems to diminish. When I peddle backwards and then resume forward the clicking is gone for about a dozen rotations then returns. I ’ m 70 years old so I use the lower residence setting ’s more often. I use my head phones, crank up the music and tada…… no clicking sound I just feel a slight vibration when the peddle passes the specific rotation point. Easy to put together no real problem. Solid build, except for the clicking sound.

No more excuses about the heat, not enough time, too late... This solved the problem. I can use the strider while I 'm watching TV, working on a project, reading, or talking on the phone.
