I have had my Explorer for 7 years now and it is going strong! We went from tent to Pop- up to Travel Trailer now and have only cooked on our CC. Pro 14 two burner cooktop Went to our inaugural Halloween bike ride and one of the guys pulled out a older version of the Pro 14 two burner cooktop and griddle. I could n't believe how easily it setup, cleaned up and made a ton of food for every that came that day. It worked so well that my wife and I ordered one immediately to use on our own trips, gatherings and just some Sunday morning cookout fun. We also purchased the two burner griddle and griddle carrying bags for both the stove and griddle, so nice to keep everything neat and sorted. I 've only used it a couple of times so far but one thing i really noticed was how nice the burner control is, you can turn it down all the way and not worry about the burner flaming out. My only complaint which is minor is that the flip out red lid covers do n't sit completely flat like my friends did. Perhaps they will wear in with a bit more use.

I purchased the Everest 2X based on feedback from other trip leaders in my non profit group. This stove works great for fast cooking for a group and our organization is using these stoves to replace Coleman stoves. The stove goes through propane faster than Coleman stoves however so bring plenty of fuel if cooking for a group in the field. Stove is easy to set up, light and sturdy in windy conditions. I have to agree with the majority of the people that have rated this stove anyone else was rated at less than five stars absolutely has no clue what they 're doing. I have wiped mine down repeatedly with all kinds of cleaners etc the finish on this product is second to none it's well applied powder coat and it is solid and I mean solid is not cheap tinsy little metal like some of these old camp kitchens. I especially love the burners cooking in the wind they 've held up beautifully I 'm able to boil water at no time at all and the heat that's produced by those burners is fantastic it's the last stove I think I 'll ever buy I 've got a trailer and I 've got a Jeep and it's going in both of them!

In my opinion this is the best Coleman Stove. The clicking igniter is more durable than the push button type and it does n't move the whole stove when trying to lite- up. The wind deflectors are simple and perform as advertised, the grate is durable and provides adequate support. I expect to have 50 year life with this stove in which it will outlast me. We have an older version of this Coleman one, that works well, but is very old and rusty now. So getting this new Coleman cascade 222 was such a treat! I love the design of it because it is so easy to carry with the handle, and it closes securely with a latch. So it is also easy to store as it won ’ t take up much space! It comes with two burners that fit a 12 and 10 inch pans! It also has wind covers which comes in handy a lot! I really like this stove and it is also so easy to clean! Our family has several stoves ranging in size for backpacking and kayaking to car camping to portable cooking for large crowds. This single burner is great by itself or in combo with a two burner or another single burner for weekend camping. You save the room on your picnic table and the power of this stove boils water in a jiffy for coffee and cooks up breakfast for six in a jiffy using the single burner griddle( sold separately) on medium low heat. We very rarely use our table top stoves anymore- the quality at 30k BTU output more than makes up for the added bulk if you have room. Get yourself a two burner with griddle and bbq box and save this one for pans and coffee making on an open flame so you do n't have to swap out accessories. You 'll be able to cook for the entire camp! We have a dedicated 5lb tank for this and it will last a week with regular cooking. I do n't give out five stars easily- this unit earns every single one.

I replaced my 2- burner CampChef Weekender with the 3- burner Pro 90X and purchased this bag because I want to protect the new stove from the get- go. At first, I though that the bag was too small, but after getting the stove into the bag, it seems to fit very well. You do need to develop the knack of getting the stove in the bag, but after a couple times it goes very smoothly. There is a nice sleeve inside the top of the bag to hold the wind screen, which helps to keep it from causing or receiving damage. I have a two burner Camp Chef griddle( and bag) that fits this stove well. There is room for the grease drip tray in the top( handle section) of the bag. I wrap it in an old dish towel to keep if from receiving or causing damage. This seems to be a nice quality bag and fits the stove well.

So, I just reviewed the solo stove 1. 0 but I got a request to review the fire ring as well. All I can say is it is mandatory if you are using the soli stove on your lawn or like I use mine, on a wooden deck. It keeps the stove from burning its mark into the wood or lawn. A necessity unless you 're using the stove at a camp ground or out in a remote place with no worries about scorched earth when you are done. With the ring you can use the stove on your front lawn with no burn marks. So, yes, it is worth the extra$ 50 to be at piece of mind...

We are very happy with our purchase of the Ignite Plus Camp Stove. We just got back from a 2 week trip and used it almost every day. It fits our larger pans with ease, lights easily and has fantastic burner range from low to high. It is also very easy to clean and I love the adjustable feet to level the stove on sloped tables. It is very close to the same closed size as our old Coleman stove but doesn ’ t have the size limitations for our griddle or large pans. The only negative I can say is that the latches don ’ t hold the cover tightly closed.

Great stove for family camping. The first one I received did have an issue with the mechanism that controls the flame, not allowing it to get very low. Eureka was great to work with and replaced the unit at no cost. I like the blue color at the campsite. I also like the adjustable feet to help make it level.
