Tried this for the first time months ago thinking it was n't going to really do anything, just wanted to try it. However, whenever I do take it with my ryse pre workouts and creatine I noticed bigger pumps, you can feel all the blood fill whatever area you 're working out. Even without pre workout or creatine you can still feel a pump better than normal. I sometimes use it for work as I lift heavy stuff repeatedly throughout the day, it helps my muscles feel a little more snappy, or ready to go so to speak.
